Solvent organizations don't go into bankruptcy of any type. But that's besides the point. The claim is being made that the NRA is somehow using bankruptcy so it can move states. Well, news flash, companies don't need to file bankruptcy in order to relocate. They just move. Companies only file bankruptcy when their assets can't cover their debts. This isn't one of those "secret tips lawyers don't want you to know!" It's the NRA being in financial trouble, plain and simple.
