The only way i could (almost) see that is a sniper from outside the exclusion zone, which would require a sufficiently elevated location, and would need line of sight around the bullet proof glass. Secret service scouts and monitors such locations (assuming any exist) in advance of any events involving heads of state too. It’s all exceedingly improbable.

In all likelihood, it would happen a few days later, if at all. Most likely, they’ll just use the 25th amendment on Joe to install the Ho. Everyone can see his decline. Besides, his inauguration is supposedly virtual. Not sure how they could have some nutjob take him out in a virtual inauguration.
