I provide garden plots for my tenants and last spring I was making some soil for a few new boxes and the tenants came out worried that I was adding epson salt to the soil. They begged me not to ruin their garden... so I stopped. In the dead of night I came out and added the magic ingredient. My husband asked what I was doing and I responded — salting the earth...
