If you simply hack into the machines or intercept the traffic and change the numbers then you also need to hack the hard copies. You actually have to penetrate more of the system then that to backfill for example.

Computers can be hacked doesn't cut it. If you read this Affidavit it looks like it's written by clueless professor with no technical experience spinning stories who works with a psychology and sociology department. If you read it much of it doesn't make any sense.

What has military grade encryption have to do with anything? I don't need to study his skillset I can see questionable statements and complete nonsense in the affidavit.

Dominion in particular is shoddy as hell but it's irrelevant. When you investigate you check everything. Now we're shifting away from the ballots, people and machines involved in the vote to Europe and now outerspace.

People always claim to have evidence that never sees the light of day. This is a case of data or GTFO.
