I'm honestly curious if there will be less derangement to Biden from Trump supporters or much, much more.

I wonder because it'll be very different with the MSM all tearing Trump apart 24/7, conditioning everyone to despise him. Whether it was warranted or not COULD be viewed as subjective. With Joe, the MSM are mostly on board ready to lap his ass. I wonder if that will make it better or worse for his approval.
