The guy is one of those Antifa aligned 'reporters' who often records at events. He has a pretty distinct red blotchy face and what looks like achne scars too.

For anyone who wants to find the video and ID him. He was there while there were these guys who carried the Stars and Stripes but sullied by a falangist symbol. They didn't pretend to be Trump supporters all thier tactics seemed nothing like antifa, so different brand of fool IMO, make up your mind.
