SCOTUS (except Alito and Thomas the only judges with spines) literally told Texas it has NO STANDING to sue another state for fraudulent elections. Which then begs the question who does have standing? If a state cannot sue another state at the Supreme Court, the only court capable of ruling on state conflicts, for perceived transgressions then who the fuck can sue?!
