I usually feel I am a male, but I have been feeling a strong sensation that I am a female when all men's bathrooms are in use and women's bathrooms are not. Therefore, I can use women's bathrooms, right?

Well, who determines that one's gender identification should not change for a specified amount of time, or there is a limit in the maximum number of changes? And who can prove that I DON'T feel like a female? No one can even definitely define what a "female" is, now.
