Calm the fuck down, I'm aware of all of this, I've been in BTC and such since 2011. The biggest point in making it a crime isn't to track down or trace you using it, it prevents others from accepting it. When you put prison time on a currency, who's going to take the risk? If you can't spend it anywhere it's as useless as fiat currencies.
