Tbh I'm beginning to wonder if team sports don't need to be rejected outright. Maybe we need to be developing real skills instead of bouncing balls and running around tracks . I'm just thinking out loud, I participated in organized school sports all throughout school and college at an enormous opportunity cost. Maybe I would have been better off just playing sports for fun and working out, instead of spending endless time on buses traveling to events and at practice. What if I had used that time in my youth to learn something of real value , like trade skills, or being on the debate club, or learning self defense? Idk just thinking a shift in our focus may be worth some thought in this rapidly changing world.

Idk the whole woke culture is cracked and needs to be soundly smacked in the face , I think we are on the same side whichever defeats this nonsense the quickest is fine by me, but also maybe its a good time to question how we are spending our valuable limited time.
