Window maker here, family business been in it my entire life. WINDOWS ARE 100% different. Trump are opening double hung(or appear to look like opening dhungs) Two sashes per window and Bidens are a single fixed sash.
Also the bottom rails are different
Maybe they changed them over to bump up the glass. It could be done overnight....
