I always thought it was weird that such a big issue was being made over something that could only be effecting so few people. Then I read that over 20% of all US trans woman are in the military, (similar numbers are in prisons) and it became obvious there was a lot more to this. I don't know if it's because they get free healthcare in the military, or because of bigger mental health issues, but there's something up if there's that many in the military.
