It's actually worse then the meme implies, the reporter asks why he and his family weren't wearing a mask, and she says:
He was celebrating...Its a way to send a message to the American Public of wearing masks, how it can save lives[citation fucking needed]
When pushed further to and quoting biden the reporter asks if he should be setting the example like he says in his speeches
She replies: Writing the order is setting an example for the American people...I think we have bigger issues to worry about this moment in time.
