I disagree. Kids need to learn to thrive in the swamp, and learn how to be unaffected by its illusions. Good parenting is key. Challenging what they’ve learned daily while they are young and look up to their parents is easier than when they are old and faced with a reality they’ve been shielded from.

EDIT: I am fed by your downvotes, but the truth remains. I grew up in a DEEEEP blue area, and survived because I had role models outside of school that challenged what I learned from an early age. The people in here aren't the ones that need to pull their kids, because they'll provide that challenge. You are barking up the wrong tree.

But hey, let's assume everyone here can afford to private/home school instead of providing real life solutions
