wouldn't have to... that money is gone anyways. the value of the USD is spiraling down while social security is rapidly going bankrupt.

also if the Patriot Republic of America declared secession, the value of the USD would collapse. it's like in a divorce where one side keeps half the stuff, and the other side gets all the debt. if even 30% of the US seceded, the USD would go zimbabwe overnight.
