(For a personal real world illustration of how retarded biden's EO is, I was thoroughly mediocre in high school at shotput and discus (never managed better than 4th place over 3 years of meets),, however, without lifting and with no practice outside regular track and field team, I could out-throw one of the girls who was 3 inches tall than me, 70+ pounds heavier than me, and was 2x multistate champion, post high school came in second for NCAA division I championship, and was a barely out of contention for the US olympic team)
