Well, after reading, this makes sense, and is fine with me. The person told people they could vote by text message, and set up a phony message number and such so jackasses thought they had voted. Don't get me wrong... Natural selection comes into play here, but it also shouldn't be legal to intentionally mislead people on how to place their vote.
