As a black person... seeing how they brought 3 days of riots, burning buildings, 2 car dealerships lit on fire, and someone shooting 3 people.... I can't really say they brought peace. If anything the teen with a gun was a catalyst to make it peaceful.

I didn't fear police, ever, even growing up in Chicago. I fear riots and unpredictability. People looting and smashing up the store under my apartment trying to get into my place because they think I'm a storage room.
