From Snopes (LOL): "The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also known as the “9/11 Commission”) investigated these rumors and found that although some unusual trading activity did occur in the days prior to September 11, but it was all blah blah blah blah blah cover up blah blah blah." Fyi, if anyone doesn't know how to read Snopes (or any other 'fact checker' for that matter):
- Read their own modified version of the claim and see if you can point out exactly where they intentionally changed the original argument so that they can try to claim it's false later.
- Read, "False" and LOL.
- The important part: Skip to the last paragraph of the article. Literally, I've done this every time and it works. The last paragraph will contradict their own rating of the claim. In this particular case, the claim is that a ton of insanely large and suspicious airline trades were conducted immediately prior to 9/11. On September 6, 7, and 10th. Snopes then goes on to modify this claim to, "In the days just prior to the September 11 attacks, large quantities of stock in United and American Airlines were traded by persons with foreknowledge of the upcoming 9/11 attacks." See how they add that little bit at the end? "...traded BY persons with foreknowledge of the upcoming 9/11 attack."? So let me get this straight, because person A, who knew about 9/11, told person B to sell and/or short the stocks. And person B didn't know about the upcoming attack. Then this claim is "False". The Ministry of Truth are faggots.
