I've seen elsewhere Democrats claim it would "jam up the courts" fighting all the signatures. I suppose like bringing 800 trespassing charges to DC from the Capital Riot.

Much like how some states are trying to decriminalize crime of misdemeanors to cut on court cases. Maybe there aren't enough judges in the USA anymore? Or there aren't enough corrupt judges?
