First, thank you!

But to your first question, just to be clear I’m not an AZ native and I am not familiar on their laws, other than what different people have told me, but I have been told by multiple legislatures and advisors to them that the AG would be the person who brings the charges that the legislature file. So if he refuses- we’re back in limbo in court. And I’ve heard conflicting things on his stance here- I’ve heard he agrees in the legislatures powers, but he doesn’t like ASOG, the audit itself, or anything to do with looking into the election, he believes it’s a closed case. I’ve heard this song and dance too many times to let it play out how it has before.

The legal advisors I think are top notch that Fann is working with, these guys have been telling them for months they have the power to do this, they just wanted to play nice with their “fellow Republican colleagues” on the board, and the board duped them with this audit. They thought they were getting what they wanted. The advisors since day one because I’ve seen the correspondences have said, why are you even negotiating with these people? They have no say in the matter. But the good thing is, every legislature understands this and are rightfully mad, and anger usually leads to results. They’re not playing ball anymore, that’s why they brought SR1005 up with every legislature on board. To show they are in unison holding their middle finger up at the board and telling them, get out of our way, give us what we want, you don’t have any leverage.

But back to the AG, I’m just being extremely cautious in who I trust. So far he is doing the right thing, but I’ve seen to many flip flops to place 100% trust in him. Right now I definitely lean towards he will support the legislature, but I am worried as to why the BoS feel confident they won’t be held in contempt, I should have said it’s the opinion of certain advisors he’s telling the BoS not to worry, and the basis of that opinion is- he’s their only way out of this. It holds water, but I still lean towards it maybe a bluff. I just don’t want to count my eggs before they hatch so to speak. We don’t need Pence Part 2 here.

Great stuff! You’re definitely keeping your ear to the ground on this!
