NAILED IT! In Pgh, PA...when downtown, I power walk & avoid eye contact...even in doing so, there's aT least 5+ vile looking (& smelling 🤢🤮) creatures/beings that harass me for cigarettes and money. Like clockwork. Even if you decline them a cig, they'll go so far (yes, during wuflu) to try to bum the last half of your cigarette....unreal.
