Odds are I'll be 100% fine if I get Covid, and may have already had it in dec 2019. 'Used in people for five years' is a bit misleading. Those were phase I trials. Results were 'modest' and side effects 'not trivial'. No mRNA vaccine has been on the market prior to now. So Japan4Salt is correct in what they said.

The biggest concern I seem to be gathering in regard to mRNA vaccines is ADE/pathogenic priming. I'm not a doc or scientist so as much as I want and try to read up on the nitty gritty details, most of it is above my pay grade.

All of this is especially alarming if you tend to believe the virus itself is a bioweapon.

From the pro-vax perspective, I cannot, for the life of me, understand why 'leaders' are not urging only at risk ppl to get the vaccine since it mainly just reduces disease severity. Why Biden wants every American vaccinated (esp. when the vax does not induce sterilizing immunity & is only released for emergency use,) sets off all kinds of alarm bells for me.

That said, how's your pops doing?
