I wonder if it disproportionately affects white business owners. I can't imagine the optics if this will hurt more minority and women business owners-- if it weren't for the $600 + a week bump from unemployment, there would be riots already. I guarantee if they cut that, the boog would be on by June. It has to be the only thing keeping some unemployed people sane.

As an aside, I have been told that most Americans are only 3 months (at best ahead in their bills)-- that means we should be hitting critical mass for the people who are making less due to unemployment.
