Fauci’s colleague, Dr Gallo (a convicted criminal) developed the diagnostic kit based on the, now familiar, and flawed rPCR test. They re-named a fairly common retrovirus ‘HIV’ and proclaimed it the cause of ‘AIDS’ (with no scientific backing)
Being in control of government research grants to academic institutions gave him the power to block any research that studied alternate hypothesis for the cause of AIDS.
With the new, widespread publicity, Fauci’s NIH/NIAID raked in the government money as well as royalties from AZT keep his scheme alive, making both himself and his cronies rich and killing a lot of people in the process.
They then moved the AIDS scam to Africa where it evolved into a fairly complex money laundering and bribery scene.
