(Owner of Googles 'Ledger'), MTV and Viacom funded by the Government, Facebook and Amazon given stippens from the CIA (to the tune of hundreds of millions) and the NFL being a 501(c)3 while raking in a ton of money from many major corporations while getting government funding [I guess that explains 'kill pig socks', and nothing was done, just made him more of a media maven].
And if I was them, I would create a boogey-man that I controlled - that went 'against the narrative'. I would fund it and then leak about it's harassment and make it look like and under dog, while still using it as 'Controlled Opposition'. (Whether you bought Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader toys, the controlling interest still made money)
Wolves outside of the fence scare the herd, but they are in no danger of blood letting. But out of instinctual respo se the flock moves. Either for food and trust in the farmer or out of fear of the gnashing of teeth.
