That's not even the real issue here. The Supreme Court can't overturn election after a President is sworn in.... Not only are they not allowed to do that, but there isn't even a method available in the Constitution.... The entire point was to try to prevent the same thing from happening again in the future....

I didn't look at their cases but I sure hope they didn't present them as if they were still trying to change votes in the last election because then it doesn't surprise me the Supreme Court punted it again.... That is just simply not something they're going to do or really even can do.

The Supreme Court can only give remedy to a harmed party in regards to a constitutional question.... Nothing about that allows them to go changing anything to do with election results. Sometimes the abstract of some of their cases may seem like they are just writing their own laws, but if you actually read into any other cases that is actually never what's happening... They are simply there to settle constitutional questions for parties that have been harmed and haven't been able to find remedy in the lower courts or the lower courts can't agree. Our issues mostly deals with illegal state laws that go against state constitutions and they are going to have to be fixed by the state legislators for the most part.....

We have got to stop relying on the federal government and supreme court for anything. All of our power lies within the governors and state legislators, just as many people are already starting to see with the few states that are stepping up in a hurry to block most of the Resident's bullshit.....
