I started out being very sceptical of just saying it was Antifa because it's convenient but on thorough analysis of all the footage and everything we can confirm about various people it's apparent this generally wasn't Trump supporters.

You see on all the breaches a very specific pattern and many tells. We see in the footage Sullivan inside the Capital violently trying to break down the barrier to the speaker's hall with all his might and he's clearly tied in with BLM/CNN.

On multiple fronts there are very compelling and strong indications of groups that have the mannerisms of Antifa/BLM and that just don't match Trump supporters on every level. They are however doing things like making the breaches then ushering in Trump supporters or basically making a path.

You also see them do the wild rush from trees attack. If people are a forest then they run close enough to the edge but not all the way to launch an attack on the cops at range and then run away immediately not even looking back leaving bemused Trump supporters standing there.

We see multiple cases of Trump supporters identifying them and pulling them back or asking the police to intervene or assisting the police.

Not all Trump supporters were entirely behaved but when you look at it all the people doing the damage just do not match.

A lot of footage out there over analyses and makes things out of the smallest details yet ignores the obvious like look at that one breach where the two inside coordinating people appear dressed as professional rioters with things like gas masks and look more like experienced in crowd control.

Also when Babbit was shot nearly everyone trying to break down the barrier is non-white. It's a really weird scene almost like The Shining but "Here's diversity." coming for the speakers.
