Permit to conceal carry?

It's better than almost every other state. I can attest personally that I have seen people who don't abide by such a magazine restriction. Additionally, I believe our state has the most heavily armed (or one of) counties in the nation per capita. Fucking flatlanders...

Never said it was the best state ever. But it's not the land of hippies that you might think it is. But if the only thing you can attack is the state I live in, then I've kind of already proven my point.
