And those who squeeze through the cracks and manage to bring them to court never have their case public or in the news. One of my closest childhood friends of 25+ years was diagnosed with ADD when we were kids, and i promise you it changed every fiber of who he was as a person... even his believes and perception of the world. Not sure the relevance of that story, but its some insight into other things going on in our medical section that we are not aware of. The day my homie started taking Ritalin was the last time i remember him being who he used to be.
