I’m upvoting the snarky comments because I totally understand where they’re coming from. This woman could see this as an opportunity to exploit the situation for her own financial benefit. This could simply be her marketing strategy.

BUT I’m not going to assume the worst in this case. I think this is part of a larger awakening (not a Q fag) that has slowly been building and will reach its breaking point soon. I walked away from my nice salary in the media last year because of the blatant whoring to China. Rather die on my feet than on my knees sort of thing. More will follow.

We might just be tipping over the precipice now. The media is trying to understand why Americans are no longer interested in sports the way we were just a few years ago. Why aren’t we buying the movies Disney is shitting out? Why are we cutting the cords on our cable packages? Why do we hate late night television so much now when it was so loved in the past? There are going to be some tough decisions forced by their accountants soon. They can’t keep operating like this and expect anybody to buy their shit. Cost of advertising is about to plummet once businesses start to understand how little reach American airwaves have. And nobody is going to pack their theme parks or theaters with a deadly disease running amok. I assume all the major networks and studios are jockeying for a bailout from Biden in the near future. Americans will need to put our feet down on this one since our country was flat out betrayed by our media. We’re honestly better off without them. Build back better if you will.
