Obviously it would be foolish to say culture has no role to play, but I think it’s equally foolish to say there is no genetic component. Aspects of culture are also partly a result of genetic components. Humans evolved different traits in different geographic locations. Skin color, hair color, eye color, height, body shape, etc. are all genetic components that are easy to understand why certain ethnic groups would develop certain traits based on evolving in differing geographic locations. However, intelligence and behavioral traits also have a genetic component to them, so why would we assume that groups of humans evolving in totally different geographic locations wouldn’t also develop different intelligence and behavioral genetic traits? Of course they would. Why would we assume groups of people with different genetics wouldn’t develop different cultures? Of course they would.

That’s not to say that ALL people of a certain group behave a certain way, or should be treated a certain way under the law. Obviously, there’s a huge variance. However, there are general trends.

People like Ben Shapiro understandably can’t be completely honest about this because not only would he be immediately cancelled as a racist, but also these types of discussions can devolve into justifications for evil acts towards certain ethnic groups.
