I agree the date indeed indicates masks didn't work as CDC promised. But if the report didn't say that, then whoever this breaking911 is, he/she should not try to mislead people. and I have serious doubt on his/her credibility if the report didn't say so.

Don't take me wrong. I think CDC played an ugly role in the stolen election and pandemic prevention. But if we want to present truth, then we better stick with truth.
