I think there are links around that website that discuss the financial aspects of raising a large family. You might look into them.

Very, very few women or men either, are going to say, "Upon reflection, our last kid or two weren't the greatest idea. I realize now that I would have preferred a smaller family and working. We should have spared ourselves George, and as for Jim, uh well yes. They both could have been dispensed with."

Said no one ever. Well almost.

To me, a big piece is home schooling, because with that, your housing costs come down. You don't have to buy a house in a good school district.

As for "that poor woman" she looks ecstatically happy. It's like tennis. Some are just physically naturally good at it. And, like tennis, motivation is an important part of how you put up with the demands. When it's your personal, committed, goal to play good tennis, you put up with the endless practice and the occasional pain.

As for her siphoning your taxes, it is the other way around. She has made a bunch of taxpayers. Not you, but the childless people will, long term, be riding on their economic production, while not having made any taxpayers themselves. That's if this family is not on benefits.
