Coke has a huge bottling plant in SLC. Mormons have been known to drink Coke but there's nothing in their scriptures that says they can't profit off of it. I asked some missionary kids, that came to my door in the 90s, how this came to be? They didn't know but came back a while later and told me a member couldn't pay their tithing to the church but owned Coke stocks. He paid his tithing in stocks.
