Listen - I'm not too dull or closed minded to see your point and in some ways I agree with it. I had a great grandpa who was diagnosed with a form of cancer in the 80s and given a year to live and he ended up living 30 years beyond that. I'm not a doctor but once you have any form of cancer it is much much more difficult to get rid of even if you catch it early. You also have a higher chance of it coming back if it starts, but are able to treat. Once those cells mutate it gets ugly. I think its smart to prevent it if there is even a 90%+ chance of getting it. I'm a big fan of my balls, but I'd clip them off the same way I got snipped when I didn't want more kids - denying science and modern medicine is as stupid as believing everything you read. My 2 cents.

And i'm very happy to hear about your mother's story. There are a lot of people with your story who no longer have their mother. Cancer research/genetics has come a long way in the past 10 years - let alone whenever your mother was diagnosed. Mutilating your body is ugly, cancer is uglier. Cheers mate.
