It's true. Obama blamed Indiana for Chicago's gun violence problem, and yet, Indiana has relatively low "gun violence."

Also, it wouldn't work cause I'm 96% sure if someone who lived in Illinois went to Indiana to buy a handgun, or even a long gun, it would be required to ship it to an FFL in Illinois for them to pick it up anyways, and a lot of guns are illegal in Illinois, so the FFL in Illinois couldn't legally sell it to the person without possible losing their license. At least that's how I think it works. I'm more confident on it regarding handguns than I am long guns, but most shootings in Chicago are done with handguns, not long guns, easier to conceal from your victim=higher chance you get the "job" done.

Hell, I can't even carry my CCW handgun in Illinois "legally." If I get stopped, I'm pretty sure I can get a hefty fine or jail time.
