Is there, with THIS KIND of disease, an incubation period, when before feeling at all sick, you can transmit it to others? Because you have been exposed to it?
But if healthy asymptomatic people CANNOT transmit, then why isolate and mask such people? Don't know, just asking. Dr. Rand Paul, has this been studied in any rigorous way?
If "asymptomatic," which is just a fancy Latin word for "people having an ordinary day as usual" can't transmit it, then, why distance them from each other and from Grandma, and mask them?
If distancing of healthy people from each other isn't necessary, why do we have lock-downs that impact society so severely?
