As I beg to differ on this philosophy, I must say, from a veterans stand point, because I have had training in public warfare of disobedience of the people, foreign and domestic. We were instructed, that every civilization, has the legal ability to allow it's people, to earn and to self contain the needs for it's family, self employ for earnings, and be provided efficiency's that are allowed under the communities nessessities. Now granted, some people are just simply brain dead, to move past their momma's basement dwellings, to help themselves prosper, which is why welfare was invented. We as a nation of civic strenght, have the ability within ourselves, to want to make our childrens upbringing, better than our own. That is simply our natural humane instinct, which is god given.

When you have no ability to provide for yourself, or your off springs, and you decide it is the responsiblity of others, to care for you and your children, you have given up on the civic side of life and you're moral obligation and you are dependant of your neighbors, who have chosen to be providers, for themselves and their family members. When people get dependent upon the Government, and they live with settling for a once a month check, for housing and food, that every thirty day scenario, get's longer and longer as the children become of age, and their social needs are more expensive than when they were just toddlers. Now they notice other's from stable families, have more, dress better, eat better, and have better nessessities. Jealousy begins to grow, and then hatred and then they begin to socialize with people who see the same life patterns as them, and they begin to act out.

The police get involved with their daily life activities, because they begin to commit small crimes, of stealing , fighting , gang related, of hate against the people who have better objects. It esculates into a year or two of court appearences, and they notice, the other people who have better things are not being pressured by the courts and probation departments, and no monitoring is applied to the people who live in big white clean single family homes, while they are forced to live in run down smelly high rise's, called Ghettos. Now they are older, and have attitudes towards all authoritive figures, teachers, parent, cop's courts, probationeer, see the pattern. Then comes the adult years, which is now, a whole new court program, stiffer fines, penalties, sentences, now they rebell against the entire system, because no one ever gave them the same chance in life as the previlege white people.

Now the hatred is fuming, and they start carying guns, committing robberies, assaults, rape,,, and now everyone in the world is picking on them, and it's racist cause that is what they been taught, to call the laziness they have been intructed to have and festered into the warped mine frame, that the world is against them, and they have never been given a chance, or the same opportunities, that the rich white previleged white people have been given. Not once has anyone tried to teach them, that life is a gift, and to have in it, you must work for it, because good things in the world do not come once a month, in the form of US Government on the top of the envelope. It's a pattern, that polititians have made, for votes to them, to give a single class of people, power over the majority. People, you have been played, indoctrinated, and programmed, to hate, starve, and be paraded, every four years, for a set of people, that don't give a rats ass about you. MLK, would truly be embarrassed, at your present situations, and his dream, has been totally removed.
