How is this good news? I wouldn't register at all. Government doesn't need to know who owns what, how much, or where they live. This firearms policy coalition fine could also be a way to track who paid and then pay them a visit to make sure they registered under new terms. I hope no one registers and then pays their portion of legal fees in cash only. Looks like a pile of crap with a bow and airfreshner sprayed on it. 🙄
