There is no justice system and the government it self-evidently illegitimate. I don't say that because it's an opinion I have, it's self-evident, regardless of what I or you or any government apparatchik says. The Constitution is the contract … the government is in clear violation of that contract … therefore it is a breached and nullified contract an the government fraudulently created based on it is illegitimate by its own doing.

It's like you having a contract with someone to deliver you x widgets by a certain y time every day that you pay $z for … but it's not like you only get fewer widgets and you are told why and you agree that they can just make it up tomorrow or by some time soon, even at no additional cost for to the impact on you, because you are a nice and friendly guy … it's that they don't just don't deliver widgets, they keep dumping toxic sludge on your property and rob your house and rape your children. That's not a valid agreement, regardless of the fact that you are still so gullible and inattentive that you can't even hear your own children's screams, let alone jump into action to do anything about it as you just keep on taking abuse after abuse.
