Is it Wagner or Wagner?? It changes, among English speaking people. It isn't an English word, different orthography, different pronunciations, there's no exact transliteration... If you were around in the 80s, you'd stroke out at how many ways they spelled Gaddafi, Q'adhaffi, Quadhaffi, Ghadaffi, etc...
