Keep your hands busy.. if you have to buy a bag of sunflower seeds.. hand to mouth with something else helps at first. Keep your mind busy, hum your fave tunes over and over and over. Also, get on your knees and prayer to the Father for strength in Jesus name. He'll be your rock and help you.
