Technically, yes.
I said it the other day; I'm starting to get suspicious that this is the new grift to launder money.
Let me explain: Mandate/implement an order or law that is so clearly and obviously unconstitutional and illegal, that everyone can easily question it's legal weight... I mean so stupidly obvious that even ianpatric1966 a boomer that never watched TV, or read the news could think "Hey, this sounds pretty wrong."
Either wait for, or entice legal agencies to begin pre-filing class action lawsuits against the City/State for clear violations of constitutional protections, and law; so that no matter who you are, you're cheering for the city/state to lose.
Majority of that money now disappears; either into the legal sector, or into some "undisclosed private settlement" (regardless of if that's legal) - people in the city/state get a claim to "their money" - and no one questions how much was actually paid out, only that they got some of it.
What's that saying "Fallow the money" - I don't care how much power the Dims have, these orders are just pushing things way to far for normies not to notice and get pissed... and I feel like that's the point. They know we know these orders aren't going to work; it's just another obfuscation to hide their money laundering and power shifting.
