Catholicism has been around for thousands of years. Do you think Catholics 700 years ago would be fine with Catholics today? They would not. You have to go back and analyze the history.

I do not disagree with you for a second that MODERN Catholicism is preaching social justice. But this new modern Catholicism is not actually Christianity. The Catholic church has been entirely subvereted, like what is happening to America right now. Communists and ultimately Secular Humanists or the Masons, infiltrated the church and destroyed its values from within. This process happened over the span of mainly 500 years with the fall of feudalism and the rise of the systems that replaced it. Protestants aided in this destruction of the church. You think modern Catholics are bad, try a unitarian church or some other joke protestant denomination.

You brought up Rome and tried to say Catholics are Pagans because xyz except it was the Greek-Roman values that made the Catholic church strong and you would likely agree with the Christianity of the catholic church up until the church started losing its power after the Protestants and into the enlightenment era and then to where it is today. Greek-Romans values are the opposite of social justice and it was these inherent values tied to the Catholic church that Secular Humanists have been trying to subvert.

You need to understand the Catholic church wasn't always "woke" like modern Catholicism. There was a Vatican II council that essentially marked the death of Catholicism. I wrote a reply to someone asking what it was below.

Also the Catholic church is split. There are actually good Catholics who call themselves Traditional Catholics. They realize the current Pope is a heretic and a servant of evil but they can't do anything about it just like you realize Biden is evil but he's running your country.

Here, I made a comment about it on the Christianity forum:

A lot of Catholics think it's basically just ending the traditional Latin mass as the only acceptable mass to modernize the mass and allow for a more modern mass.

In reality, it truly marks the Church's beginning of the fall of its objective morality. By bending to modernity, the church decided that no value of the Church's was strong enough to not bend to the will of Secular Humanism (the modern religion known as woke-ism that treats equality as its God and subjective morality as its morality of choice).

In short Vatican II represented the end of God's word being what dictated morality and replaced it which subjective interpretations in order to meld Catholicism into the modern world's new moral value system. This effectively destroyed the religion and make it entirely worthless. Modern Catholics for the most part are just Secular Humanists that believe in Jesus Christ but they have 0 sense of the morality required to be a good Christian as actually described in the Bible and has been the traditional for thousands of years.

Vatican II didn't end nuns but Vatican II again marked the church's submission to modernity and modern society wanted women to be like men which nuns are not. Take someone like Amy Coney Barret who everyone said is a model woman for everyone to look up to and is a Catholic. Except she's not a model woman by Traditional Catholic standards at all but she is by modern leftist standards aside from her religion. After Vatican II and the church's submission to modernity, nuns lost their stature among Catholics. Who wants to be a nun when you can be an Amy Coney Barret and that's just as virtuous because the meaning of virtue is whatever people want it to be because that's modernity.

I'm not one of those people who thinks if the church didn't pass Vatican II that it would have fixed things. The church has been under assault for centuries and most of the damage was already done by then. Vatican I for example led to Vatican II so we wouldn't have got II if not for I so the momentum of damage to the church was already underway long before II. I definitely think Vatican II and I need to be undone but it'll take more than just that to fix the Catholic Church. If Catholicism continues down the path it's on, it'll eventually turn away from Christianity entirely and I believe Jesus had some strong words to say about people who don't teach his words but instead corrupt them to suit their own ends, which is the direction the church has been on. Vatican II simply is something that signifies the Secular Humanists winning over Traditional Christians.
