Here is a true story for my fellow pedes from about 15-20 years ago. So I am at a stop light in a nice part of town. A car 2 lanes over, no cars between us, caught my eye because the occupants kept talking to each other then looking over at me. One of them gets out of the car, hand in pocket and begins to take a couple steps toward my car. I then moved my stainless S&W 357 from the passenger seat to the steering wheel so he could see it. He backed up, got in the car, they left. THAT is how to stop a car jacking. Ms. Bowser needs to understand that and educate herself.
