Last I checked, the courts claimed a baker in Colorado was not allowed to turn away services for any discriminatory purposes. Not that the law means anything to the Left anymore. Just sayin'.

"But this is in the name of public safety!"

OK. Then all convenience stores, gas stations and liquor stores can now start refusing service to all blacks. Given the crime rate statistics, such an action automatically makes employees at such stores infinitely safer.
