The Bible says what it says. You are not the one to tell God how He can use fear or not use it. I posted His Word. If you think the Bible tells you to fear, then you should fear. Proverbs tells us that the FEAR of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge. Do you submit yourself to that truth.. that the FEAR of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge? God's Word said that some are saved by FEAR. A person should FEAR if they reject God. A person should FEAR chastisement if they disobey Him. If you refuse to acknowledge FEAR as God Himself refers to it, then YOU should fear. The doctrine of God is one that we are all guilty sinners separated from Him by our sin and that the wages we have earned for the sin we commit is DEATH. We can NEVER pay enough bail to get out of it. Meaning no list of good things you do can make up for it. NONE. God REJECTS your list no matter how long it is. JESUS came into the courtroom and offered to pay our wages with His blood. You either accept that offer and rejoice, or you reject it and that should cause that person to fear.
