So if they redefined racism as something that can only be committed by those holding "institutional power"(ex. blacks cant be racist to whites because whites hold more institutional power), can Asians say a bunch of (not racist)racist shit to black people and commit all sorts of (not hate)hate crimes, and not be called racist shitheads?
