Question for Any current hippies on here:
How are modern hippies dealing with the left turning into, like, totally buzz-killing uptight fascist pigs?
Doesn't seem like you guys would fit in with the contemporary left.
I've seen quite a few MAGA-Hippies, not sure how common they are.
Hippies were a sign of cultural rot, and a part of the decline of the West...but they were better than the current crop of purely destructive, hate-filled nihilistic anarchist monsters. At least they were hopeful and had peaceful visions of living in harmony with nature, and had a libertarian streak.
